The Customer Service Provider (CSP)

The CSP is the service provider for the bill recipient. The CSP receives the bill data from the PayNet Consolidator, presents the bill on its Web portal (Web-CSP), or delivers it in the desired EDI format (EDI-CSP) to the bill recipient for automatic entry into his ERP system.

There are numerous possibilities as a CSP to use the relationship with the bill recipient to offer additional services, such as archiving, the possibility of direct payment as well as new marketing avenues.
