PayNet provides a VAT compliant archive solution.
The bill recipient receives all the data to create his VAT compliant archive. Alternatively, he can receive the archive data from his CSP as CD-ROM or via file transfer. Filing paper bills becomes unnecessary. In the medium term, even the paper bill archive becomes unnecessary. Inquiries will become much easier, because the archive solution includes a full index search so that each electronic business case can be accessed.
