WEB-Customer Service Provider

The WEB-CSP is the service provider for the bill recipient. The WEB-CSP receives the bill data from the PayNet Consolidator, presents the bill on its Web portal (Web-CSP), or delivers it in the desired EDI format (EDI-CSP) to the bill recipient for automatic entry into his ERP system.

There are numerous possibilities as a CSP to use the relationship with the bill recipient to offer additional services, such as archiving, the possibility of direct payment as well as new marketing avenues.
